The Board

The Board of the Foundation is weighted so that no single commercial interest holds a majority. Seats are reserved for independent non-executive directors and for public-interest representation, and the founding contributor cannot, by itself, carry a vote.

Founder director, OAI Limited

Director on behalf of OAI Limited, which developed the IDEA Methodology in enterprise procurement and contributed it to the Foundation. The founder arrangement is disclosed in full on the independence page.

Directors record and manage conflicts of interest under a standing regime: a director with an interest in a matter declares it and does not vote on it. Changes to the Board are published as Notices in the ordinary way.
