Reference evaluations used to test the standard before and alongside live assessment. Entries here are not Hallmarked and carry a PR identifier, never an AF one. The independence of every evaluation is stated — where the evaluator of record was not independent of the delivery, it is marked as such.
An engagement reaches the Register only when an independent Assayer concludes that it passed. Nothing is promoted from here by default.
